Dollars & Sense is a financially literacy program targeted at high school seniors. SIFErs and volunteers visit local classrooms and present on topics such as budgeting, debt, credit scores, retirement, and investing. Through interactive lessons and anecdotal teaching methods, we are able to increase our impact on the students. Overall subject knowledge is measured, as well as changes in behavior, to ensure that students are able to make sound financial decisions independently.
